Description
Synthetic 28-amino-acid N-terminally acetylated peptide corresponding to the thymosin alpha-1 fragment of prothymosin alpha. Spans residues 2-29 of the precursor sequence and was first described as a component of the thymic tissue extract thymosin fraction 5.
